Business-to-Business Advertising

As opposed to business-to-consumer, business-to-business advertising aims a target at those who are running a business and can make purchases the average consumer cannot. In this campaign, Boeing is looking at selling airplanes to airline companies, particularly the Boeing 777x, the latest in their lineup.

These print ads would be found in magazines like The Aviation Consumer, Plane and Pilot, and other plane-based publications. The goal of these ads is to convince airline companies that the Boeing 777x is the model they need in their inventory. Each ad specifically advertises an aspect of the plane that, although consumers wouldn’t be interested in, airliners would.

A Specialized Delivery

Deliverables provide an opportunity to break through the competition and have your company stand out. Outlined is a package that would be delivered to targeted airline owners that consist of a model 777x. Once the package is opened, each side would fall, revealing a runway and information about the aircraft. The deliverable allows Boeing to make a memorable connection with those in the market and increase the probability of potential sales.
